Connections Ticket Service is a full service ticket broker that specializes in premium seats & seating to sold-out events. All prices quoted reflect the cost & difficulty of obtaining these "hard to get" tickets. Connections Ticket Service is not affiliated with Ticketmaster, or any box office or venue.

In accordance with Wisconsin state law, all sales for events that take place in Wisconsin are subject to 5.6% sales tax. This tax is collected regardless of the home state of the buyer. Events that take place in other states are not subject to this tax.

Please check your tickets as soon as you receive them. Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Connections Ticket Service is not responsible for any errors not reported within that time. Keep your tickets in a safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Be aware that heat or direct sunlight can damage some tickets.

All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations for any reason.

All ticket orders are subject to ticket availability. All tickets are subject to prior sale. Since our web site does not update in real time, it is possible that the tickets you requested may not be available when we receive your request. You can call us toll free at 888-999-8497 to check the immediate availability of any tickets. If the tickets you requested are not available, your credit card will not be charged. We will do our best to contact you and provide you with other seating options.

All prices are guaranteed at the time the order is CONFIRMED by Connections Ticket Service.

Many factors affect ticket price. Since tickets are bought & sold on an open market, all prices on unconfirmed tickets are subject to change without notice.

Connections Ticket Service is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price of tickets. If a ticket looks like it is greatly different in price from similar seats listed for sale, please call us toll free at 888-999-8497 to confirm the price. Any request placed for tickets that are priced wrong due to a typographical error, will not be filled. For example, tickets that should be $250, erroneously priced at $25.

Connections Ticket Service is not responsible for changes in date, time, performers or venues. All tickets purchased for a changed event are valid for the new date & time of the event. It is the customer's sole responsibility to be informed of the new date & time of any event.

In the case of a rainout or strike no refunds will be made. Tickets must be exchanged directly with the venue box office in accordance with their normal policy, for a seat to a future game that is still available.
